Welcome to your new Third Space…

The Undergrounds is a radically inclusive coffee house open 4 nights a week. The Undergrounds at The Bunker SLO will provide specialty coffees using beans from BEST IN SLO WINNER Deltina Coffee Roasters, gourmet teas from BEST IN SLO WINNER Secrets of the Garden, our own delicious pastries, soups, sangria and more. We also have our beer and wine license and are serving beers from TDNE and others!

We will provide all the tasty treats and drinks while The Bunker SLO serves up scheduled events like bad art nights, open mics, readings, improv, game nights and more. Check the link below for upcoming events.

What’s going on

  • The Nautical Bean will be at The Bunker SLO until July 2026. Starting August 2026 The Undergrounds will be taking over after a quick month of renovations!

  • The Undergrounds will be serving Deltina Coffee Roasters espresso and coffee along with Secrets of the Garden Teas, house made baked goods, small meals and good times.

    The Undergrounds now has a beer and wine license so feel free to come down for a drink to go with those snacks.

  • The Undergrounds is open at 4pm Thursday - Sunday. Starting in August we will be opening at 7am to serve up delicious breakfast items and move into afternoon/evening service Thursdays-Sundays.

    MON - WED 7am - 1pm
    THURS - SAT 7am - 8pm*
    SUN - 7am - 4pm*

  • We will always be open at 4pm but sometimes we have events that are ticketed which means we close, usually around 6pm to set up. The Bunker‘s events page has all the details.
