We are open at 7am daily for all your delicious coffee, specialty teas, house made pastries, fresh food and good time needs!
The Undergrounds is a radically inclusive coffee house open daily at 7am. The Undergrounds lives at The Bunker SLO and provides specialty coffees using beans from BEST IN SLO WINNER Deltina Coffee Roasters, gourmet teas from BEST IN SLO WINNER Secrets of the Garden, our own delicious housemade pastries, soups, focaccia pizzas, breakfast sandos, AM burritos and more. We also have our beer and wine license and are serving beers from TDNE and others!
We will provide all the tasty treats and drinks while The Bunker SLO serves up scheduled events like bad art nights, karaoke, readings, improv, game nights and more. Check the link below for upcoming events.

Right now we are open daily at 7am. Our closing hour is 2pm for now BUT we plan to expand that once everyone is trained and comfortable. Great coffee and service comes from our team being comfy…plus we have a whole new kitchen to learn! If there is an event we will be open to the public until the event starts (if ticketed ) and til the event is over for non ticketed events.

The Undergrounds is a coffee shop nestled in the Bunker SLO’s main gallery. We proudly serve Deltina Coffee Roasters espresso and coffee along with Secrets of the Garden Teas, house made baked goods, syrups and sauces, small meals and good times.
The Undergrounds now has a beer and wine license so feel free to come down for a drink to go with those snacks.

The Bunker SLO’s ticketed events don’t normally start until 6pm which means from 7am on we will be here slinging great coffee and food. Watch our instagram for hour weekly hours!
